Motorpoint are paving the way for their future with the launch of their new HQ in the center of Derby this month.
As one of the leading UK motor dealerships, Motorpoint wished to create a space that fulfilled a number of key factors. With the merging of two local offices, they wanted to use the opportunity to create a forward-thinking environment which future-proofed themselves against growth; as well as to encourage collaboration and better team dynamics.
With people at the forefront of Motorpoint’s mind, they wanted us to create a space that flowed both aesthetically and practically. A vibrant workplace where employees and visitors felt welcomed and instantly enveloped into the companies branding, values and culture.
Once the programme and regulatory standards had been agreed, the build phase took 8 weeks to complete. The project was completed on-time, to budget, and was presented entirely snag free.
The build involved a zonal office lay-out; including open plan desking, an auditorium, meeting rooms, breakout space and tea points. The space plan was configured to encourage agile working and increased team interaction.
Motorpoint are delighted with the result, their new offices are a design led functional space full of vibrant design, inspiring graphics in a space that flows and drives values and culture through great spacing and design. The motopoint team moved in this week and the feedback has been exceptional and the team are reaping the rewards of their new home.
